How long does wig revamping take?
For a clean revamping service it usually takes a day for straight and curly hair, but when it's a bouncy unit it takes 3 days to hold the curls perfectly.
Do you offer custom wig orders?
Yes, we offer bespoke wig-making services, crafting each wig to your exact specifications. Every detail is carefully personalized to ensure a beautiful, natural-looking result that reflects your style and needs.
How long does a wig installation take?
A frontal ponytail install takes 3 to 4 hours to get done, especially if the client is on virgin hair. Meanwhile a normal frontal wig installation will take 1 hour, at most 2 hours. The reason being that for a frontal ponytail you have to do packing gel on the client first before installing the frontal, so it's like double work.
Can I bring my own wig for glueless customization?
Yes, you can bring it for proper glueless customization that sits flat on your head.
How long does glueless customization take?
A perfect glueless customization takes a day to be ready.
How do I care for my wig post-installation?
Avoid water touching your install in the first 24 to 48 hours after installation.
  1. Do not sleep with an elastic band, use a paper strip and a satin band or scarf.
  2. If you sweat a lot, don't tie down while there's still sweat on your hairline. Allow it to dry before putting on a band, to avoid it becoming whitish.
  3. Use wipes on your face instead of water, if you cannot be careful enough.
  4. Get a holding spray and a band. When you see any part lifting, apply the holding spray and place the band on it for 10 minutes before going out.
  5. Avoid your skincare products or oil touching the installation.
  6. If it's a curly wig, before applying water and brushing, make sure you tie a band on the installation first to avoid pulling.
  7. If you're tired and want to remove it, make sure you use a lace removal oil or spirit to gently remove it so it doesn't affect your hairline.
